4. Service Fees and Payment

Our service fees are clearly communicated before you engage our services. Fees vary based on the service package selected:

• Basic Package: $499 flat fee
• Professional Package: $799 flat fee
• Premium Package: $1,499 flat fee

Fees are due after we've presented you with vehicle options and before we finalize your purchase. We accept major credit cards and can facilitate financing. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our satisfaction guarantee.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a satisfaction guarantee for our professional services. If you're not satisfied with our service, contact us within 30 days of service completion to request a refund. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and may require documentation of the issue. This guarantee does not apply to services where a vehicle has been purchased.

6. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party providers, including dealerships, lenders, and shipping companies. We strive to work with reputable partners, but we are not responsible for the actions, negligence, or misconduct of third parties. Any disputes with third-party providers should be directed to those providers.
